Ecency Pro
What Ecency Pro includes, how much it costs and how to subscribe.
Ecency Pro is an annual membership that adds premium perks to your regular Ecency account. It is a simple way to support Ecency while unlocking extra tools and recognition.
What you get
Section titled “What you get”- Verified Pro badge. A badge next to your name across Ecency on web and mobile, so readers can recognize you as a Pro member.
- A free blog. Your own hosted blog at
yourname.blogs.ecency.com, included with Pro. Claim it from the Ecency Pro card on the Perks page after you upgrade. See Blog hosting. - Email newsletters to your readers. Send one of your own posts, or a digest you put together, to the readers who subscribed to your posts by email. See Email newsletters.
- Insights for any creator. View traffic insights (views, unique views, time on page) for any profile, not just your own. Your own Insights are always free.
- A larger AI free allowance. Five free uses per day of each AI assist action (regular accounts get one), one free standard-tier AI image per day, plus one free 30-second block of dictation per day.
- Free streak freezes. Protect your daily check-in streak without spending Points.
- Early access to new features.
Ecency Pro is $19.99 per year. You are charged once for a 12-month membership. Renewing extends your membership from your current expiry date, so you never lose any remaining time.
How to subscribe
Section titled “How to subscribe”- Open the Perks page on Ecency (
ecency.com/perks). - Choose Ecency Pro and continue to checkout.
- Pay by card. Your Pro badge and perks activate as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. Your membership is tied to your Hive username.
Frequently asked
Section titled “Frequently asked”Does Pro renew automatically? No. You buy a 12-month term and can renew any time to extend it.
Can I pay with Points or crypto? Ecency Pro is currently a card purchase.
Where does my badge appear? Next to your username on posts, comments and your profile, on both the website and the mobile app.
What are Insights? Insights show how much traffic a profile’s posts receive on ecency.com (views on other Hive apps aren’t counted). With Pro you can also open the Insights tab on other creators’ profiles. See Insights.
Are my posts found on Google and other search engines? Yes, Ecency lets search engines index posts. Posts from new or low-reputation accounts aren’t indexed until the account builds a track record. NSFW posts and very short posts aren’t indexed at all. Pro doesn’t change this.
